The challenge

A market stall almost nobody knew existed.

La 57 opened at the Dallas Farmers Market in 2022 selling gourmet croissants and baked goods. Almost nobody knew the stand existed, and days with zero customers were common. Laura was worried the business wouldn't survive the year.

What influencers did

One creator, the right audience.

Vina, a high-exposure Dallas creator whose audience is packed with local dessert lovers, posted a single short, unscripted reel of La 57's pastries. No script, no filter. Just the right food in front of the right audience. That's the entire playbook: when a creator's followers are exactly the people who'd drive across town for a croissant, one post is all it takes.

The campaign

“I finally found the viral croissant in Dallas.”

Vina's video opens on the raspberry-and-cream swirl pastry mid-bite, captioned as a hunt finally paying off. No paid ad framing, no script. Just a creator sharing a genuine find with an audience already primed to want it.
